Karuta activity on March 25

Today, I played Karuta with some of the school’s students. Karuta is a traditional card game in Japan. None of the students had played Karuta before or knew about the rules. However, after I taught everyone how to play, we had a lot of fun. Now they are Karuta masters. Afterwards, they taught me how to play a German card game called “Maumau”. I think it was a good way to get to know each others culture. Let’s play again soon!
