For today’s activity, our students participated in a traditional tea ceremony. Jasmin, Anila, Charlotte and Dorothee wore beautiful Kimono and got to taste a cup of green tea. Ms Matsuyama, the tea ceremony teacher, and Dorothee taught the others how to make green tea and how to behave properly in a Japanese-style room. They learned a lot about an important part of Japanese culture, and every one of them loves Japanese sweets and tea, so today was a really good experience for them.
