Trainee Teachers will get to know the school, its internal structures and processes through a Trainee Teacher period. They will also meet their future students as well as their co-workers and the school’s partners. Trainee Teachers usually lead our weekly Free Talk Time, organize events and do additional office work. The training period may vary depending on the result of the oral selection. Necessary material is provided by the school. At first, the teacher will join classes and give advice to prepare the trainee as best as possible. Besides your regular lessons, you will be asked to do additional work at school to get an impression of how things work and also to get to know all students, your co-workers and our partners. During this time, you will learn the necessary skills to be able to work without help.
Additional tasks (fixed):
– Organize, promote and lead Free Talk Time events
– Do at least ten English training lessons with your Japanese co-workers
Additional tasks (after agreement):
– Send birthday cards to current students
