Kumagawa Rafting Tour on May 28

2015-05-28 12.24.45-2

We went on a day trip to Hitoyoshi for a rafting tour with four of our students last Thursday. The Kuma River, located in Kumamoto Prefecture, is 115 km long and said to be one of the most rapid rivers in Japan. It is a popular tourist spot for rafting attracting about 70,000 people every year. The river is also frequented by fishers mainly in June. We had a lot of fun on the river and it was very exciting for everyone. Stay tuned for the next rafting tour!
